How to Add a New FAQ

FAQs are added as posts and organised into categories. To add a FAQ, create a new post with the question as the title and the answer as the content. Assign it to a subcategory under “Frequently Asked Questions”. If a suitable section does not exist, create a new category under “Frequently Asked Questions” first.

Step 1 — Go to Posts

Go to: Posts → Add New

Choose: Default Editor not Divi Builder

Step 2 — Add the Question

Enter the question as the title.
Example: Can I take the camper off-road?

Step 3 — Add the Answer

Enter the answer in the main content area.
Keep it clear and easy to read.

Step 4 — Assign the Category

On the right-hand side, select the correct category.

All FAQs must be placed under:
Frequently Asked Questions (do not tick it)

and then inside the appropriate subcategory.

Step 5 — Publish

Click Publish

Step 6 — Check

Open the FAQ page https://hillscamperhire.com.au/frequently-asked-questions/ and confirm it appears in the correct section.
